The Corporate Development Department is responsible for driving the Company’s short- and long-term growth strategies in collaboration with global business units, regions, and innovation centers. The team identifies, evaluates, values, structures, and negotiates strategic business opportunities—including acquisitions, divestitures, alliances, and equity investments. Acting as objective advisors, they assess strategic fit, valuation, and deal structure, while managing projects and transactions in partnership with leadership teams. The department also shapes and executes corporate strategy and maintains valuation models, as well as processes for transactions, due diligence, and integration. The Senior Manager Corporate Development will play a critical role supporting M&A process from start to finish working closely with senior Corporate Development leadership in developing M&A strategies, identifying potential targets, and overseeing all aspects of transaction execution.
