Here, you’ll collaborate to create and implement digital strategies that enrich the online experience for third-party marketplace sellers and guests. Your ideas will support scalable growth and create efficiencies for the Target Plus merchandising, new business and operations teams. As the Senior Manager of Marketplace Communications you will help shape the future of Target Plus by unlocking communication strategies that deliver clarity and engagement for our rapidly growing, curated marketplace sellers. This role will own the strategy and execution of clear, engaging communications that help Sellers understand what’s happening, why it matters, and what to do next. You’ll own the editorial calendar and deliver consistent, on-brand messages across newsletters, announcements, and portal content. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll translate complex business, technology, and policy updates into simple, actionable communications that drive seller awareness, readiness and adoption. You’ll also use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, streamline communication channels, and ensure sellers receive the right information at the right time.
