This is an opportunity to influence meaningful brand and business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, while helping shape how millions of consumers experience Shark and Ninja every day. The Sr Manager, Marketing will be responsible for driving the global growth of the category – owning the innovation pipeline from early concept development through full commercialization. This role will guide cross‑functional teams through the end‑to‑end process, ensuring alignment, clarity, and excellence at every stage. They will also champion consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all consumer touchpoints, including Packaging, Advertising, PR, Social/Content Marketing, Web Properties, trade materials, and in‑market collateral. In addition, the Sr Manager will play a critical role in shaping brand strategy, contributing to the development of the annual marketing plan, and ensuring flawless execution in market to deliver against category goals.
