About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing team as a Senior Manager, Marketing Planning & Execution based in Miami, FL. This role leads the end-to-end orchestration of national marketing windows, owning both the strategic planning and flawless execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role serves as a senior connective leader across Strategy, Culinary, Operations, Technology, Legal, Creative, Communications, and business stakeholders—ensuring marketing programs are aligned to enterprise priorities, operationally executable at scale, and delivered with consistency, quality, and speed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Advertising or related field required.
  • 6–8 years of experience leading large-scale B2C marketing initiatives, preferably within QSR, retail, or a high-volume consumer brand
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional workstreams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong strategic mindset with deep understanding of marketing operations, brand execution, and integrated channel delivery
  • Expert-level project leadership skills—anticipates issues, manages ambiguity, and drives resolution in fast-paced environments
  • Proven experience overseeing execution across digital platforms, POS systems, media, and field operations
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and business acumen; able to translate strategy into executable plans
  • Track record of driving continuous improvement, operational rigor, and scalable processes
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload and comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work.
  • Language requirements: Fluent in English – any additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead strategic planning and execution of national marketing windows, setting the overarching executional roadmap, governance, and cadence across all workstreams. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, driving solutions and decision-making to keep initiatives on track.
  • Provide senior cross-functional leadership across Digital, Technology, POS, Operations, Legal, and Creative teams—ensuring requirements are clearly defined, aligned to business objectives, and executed with precision and scalability. Serve as escalation point for complex executional challenges.
  • Shape and oversee communications strategy execution by partnering with Communications and Field teams to ensure clear, timely, and actionable messaging for internal stakeholders and franchisees. Review and approve high-impact materials including memos, FAQs, toolkits, and leadership presentations.
  • Establish and own executional governance, publishing standards, and compliance processes, ensuring consistency across channels and adherence to timelines, brand standards, and operational requirements. Partner with Field and Operations leadership to drive adoption and accountability.
  • Lead measurement, reporting, and performance reviews for marketing execution—synthesizing data, surfacing insights, and recommending improvements to planning processes and future windows.
