HUB acquires 50+ agencies a year, and every deal means change - new systems, new processes, new ways of working. This role leads the training and change management strategy that makes those transitions smooth, fast, and human - protecting deal value and minimizing the impact of change on the business. This role will also drive change internally as our Mergers & Acquisition Integration (MAI) team adopts new tools, AI capabilities, and ways of working. We're looking for a strategic thinker who executes. Someone with a wide lens across the deal lifecycle who proactively identifies impacts, designs modern learning experiences, and leads a team that delivers at scale.
