We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Learning & Development to design, build, deliver and manage high impact, global talent development programs across Light & Wonder. This individual will uphold our values of Win as a Team and Dare to be Bold by driving bespoke development programs that deliver value to our businesses. This role will design, develop, deliver, and manage fully integrated and blended development solutions that are delivered in-person, virtually, and with supporting just-in-time resources. This role will serve as a thought leader across the Light & Wonder business, serving as a consult and solution driver for all aspects of Learning & Development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in a global organization. This role will be hybrid at our Las Vegas, NV office location.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development
  • Subject matter expertise in professional skills development and management development
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering training workshops (virtually and in person) and program facilitation
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (both virtual and in-person training sessions)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in managing learning projects, instructional design, delivery, and assessments
  • Experience with design platforms, such as Articulate
  • Experience in Learning Management System administration, preferably Workday
  • Professional certifications such as CPTM and CLDP are preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a large-scale global organization
  • Vendor management experience
  • Experience leading change management initiatives
  • Consulting and partnering experience with business leaders and People Capability partners

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and deliver new leadership development training programs, aligned to our Talent and Learning strategy.
  • Own the project management, including facilitation of current cohort training programs.
  • Support the creation and development of the L&W leadership model, aligned to our brand values and company culture.
  • Own change management for large scale talent and performance initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion in a timely manner, including monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to uncover organizational needs and translate findings of needs analyses into educational experiences.
  • Facilitate interactive and engaging live and virtual learning opportunities across Light and Wonder for a range of participants (senior leaders, all Creators, and teams) and on a range of topics (professional skills, career development, management).
  • Design and develop learning and talent solutions for a variety of delivery methods that align with the Learning and Talent strategy. Leverage innovative instructional design methods to create engaging, outcomes-driven, and effective learning experiences.
  • Lead strategy, development and project management of annual compliance training.
  • Support Talent Management processes - e.g., talent reviews, career development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate and consult with People Capability colleagues in Learning and Talent, Talent Acquisition, and People Capability Business Partners to create, evolve, and execute on Light and Wonder's Learning and Talent strategy.
  • Other additional responsibilities as assigned.
