This role designs and delivers practical, high-impact learning that strengthens safety, quality, productivity, and leadership capability across North American operations. With a strong bias for action, this leader partners closely with Operations, Safety, Quality, HR, and Corporate Learning & Development to translate real business needs into learning that sticks, scales, and supports our teams every day.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning for frontline employees and operational leaders.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations and partnering with enterprise or corporate L&D teams.
  • Ability to operate effectively in hands-on, fast-moving environments with a bias for action.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Learning & Development strategy for North America Manufacturing and Distribution, aligned to safety, quality, cost, service, and people priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Learning & Development Senior Manager to co-develop content that is consistent with enterprise-wide learning frameworks, standards, and strategy, while tailoring solutions for operational environments.
  • Design and deliver practical, job-relevant onboarding and development experiences for frontline employees, supervisors, and site leadership teams.
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on facilitator for critical programs, spending meaningful time on-site to build trust and credibility with frontline teams.
  • Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, HR Business Partners, and Corporate L&D to embed learning into daily operations, leader routines, and standard work.
  • Create simple, scalable learning tools—such as playbooks, leader guides, and on-the-job resources—that support consistent execution across sites.
  • Translate operational challenges into learning solutions that improve performance and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Measure learning impact using operational and people outcomes, using insights to continuously refine and improve programs.
