Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Workforce Management & Labor Planning is responsible for designing, governing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide labor forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimization capabilities across a multi-location organization. This role owns the end-to-end labor planning lifecycle, ensures accurate demand forecasts, optimal staffing levels, and compliant schedules, and serves as the system authority for Workforce Management (WFM) platforms. The role partners closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and Store/Field Leadership to align labor investments with demand, productivity, and service outcomes.
