Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing global infrastructure environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VmWare, SAN configuration).
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications Microsoft .
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
  • Background in Manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global IT infrastructure teams, including network, server, storage, and cloud operations.
  • Execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and IT service management best practices.
  • Ensure standardization of solutions across the organization
  • Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all infrastructure components.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and service management teams to ensure cohesive IT operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Participate in budgeting and cost control for infrastructure initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring for infrastructure team members.
