Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience managing global infrastructure environments (on-prem, cloud, hybrid).
Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, VmWare, SAN configuration).
Excellent communication and management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Certifications Microsoft .
Experience with infrastructure automation and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).
Background in Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Lead and manage global IT infrastructure teams, including network, server, storage, and cloud operations.
Execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals and IT service management best practices.
Ensure standardization of solutions across the organization
Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of all infrastructure components.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, application, and service management teams to ensure cohesive IT operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Participate in budgeting and cost control for infrastructure initiatives.
Provide leadership and mentoring for infrastructure team members.
