The International Senior Tax Manager is primarily responsible for managing the company’s international tax matters, including global tax planning and structuring, cross-border compliance and reporting, and international tax controversy support. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external advisors to address foreign income tax compliance and audits, foreign tax provisions, U.S. international information reporting (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and 1118), withholding and information reporting, and transfer pricing planning, documentation, and reporting. As part of the HGV Corporate Tax Department, this position will closely interact with the Tax Reporting team and other tax functions to address cross-border tax reporting, compliance, planning, and controversy matters. The position will also routinely liaise with other functions within HGV (e.g., HR, accounting, operations, legal, treasury, and development) to support international business initiatives, intercompany transactions, and global expansions.
