About The Position

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sr. Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, while providing actionable insights that drive business performance. This role is ideal for an individual who can cultivate effective business partnerships, demonstrate critical thinking, and develop an executive-level story. You will own forecasting & reporting deliverables, maintain financial models, and support creation of presentation materials. The Sr. Manager combines strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, business-focused recommendations. You will also collaborate closely with the Field Finance, Marketing Analysis and Control teams to ensure alignment between plans and financial results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in business strategy and finance, ideally in large consumer, retail and QSR space
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability in a fast-paced environment
  • Business unit or P&L ownership experience, partnered with operators and commercial leaders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams
  • Ability to navigate complex problems and negotiate successfully
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
  • Relationship builder and cross-functional collaborator
  • Data-driven decision-maker, financial modeling and business case developmentResults-oriented with a bias for action
  • Demonstrated coaching skills, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner in delivering the 2030 international growth ambitions, with a focus on strengthening unit economics and sales growth to accelerate the development pipeline.
  • Monitor critical growth initiatives, ensuring annual business unit profit targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Partner with Global FP&A, International Leadership Team (ILT), and business unit leaders to provide performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage Franchise P&L performance tracking and lead unit economics initiatives to drive franchisee profitability and P&L improvement.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships, communicate clearly across a diverse audience.
  • Deliver executive-level presentation support and storytelling for the International Leadership Team (ILT) and ILT Squad.
  • Oversee the creation and upkeep of self-service reporting tools and dashboards capturing topline, menu performance, and other critical metrics, enabling stronger data-driven decisions.
  • Coach and develop an Associate Manager who supports data management, cross-functional projects, builds business cases, and performs financial analyses.

  • Salary Range: ­­$167,600 to $184,900 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
