Job Summary The Sr. Manager, Internal Communications develops and executes employee communications and engagement strategies in support of our Finance, Legal, Strategic Development, and Enterprise Business Intelligence teams. These strategies connect teammates to our business strategy and culture, while reinforcing and elevating the business unit leaders’ vision and goals across teams of 200 to 2,400. In addition, this role is responsible for developing communication campaigns to disseminate information to the employee base on behalf of these teams, including policy and process related communications and news. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner and skilled communicator that is focused on driving business objectives, team engagement outcomes, and change management initiatives. This role reports to the Director, Internal Communications and is highly collaborative with leaders, peers, and cross-functional teams across the organization.
