About The Position

The Senior Manager, Inside Accounts for Lennox Residential leads a team of Inside Account Managers responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers, driving revenue retention, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts. This role combines strategic leadership, sales management, and operational excellence to ensure the team meets or exceeds performance goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive results-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Account Managers to achieve sales targets, customer retention goals, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategies for account growth, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Establish best practices for customer engagement, territory management, and sales processes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align initiatives and improve the customer journey.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Represent the Inside Sales function in strategic planning discussions and organizational initiatives.
