What we need: The Sr Manager Human Resources is a senior-level manager that will plan, develop, design, and implement HR programs, policies, and practices that support specific goals and objectives of the business unit while ensuring compliance to corporate HR and regulatory standards are maintained. This role will work with business leaders to develop and implement the best HR practices and will coach and consult managers on how to build company culture as well as lead a team of HR employees.
