As the Senior Manager, Human Resources - Strategic Projects & HR Initiatives you'll provide business partner support to the sector and lead key strategic projects across multiple facets of the HR Function. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who combines strong business acumen with a passion for project leadership, organizational design, and change management. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources for our Component Repair Services (CRS) Division, this role offers a unique opportunity to serve as an internal consultant and execution partner to senior HR and business leaders within CRS, ensuring the effective delivery of Division wide programs and initiatives.
