About The Position

The Director, HRIS & Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning and advancing the organization's HR information systems and driving end-to-end transformation of HR processes and capabilities. This role serves as the primary authority on HRIS platforms, data integrity, and systems-enabled HR service delivery. This leader will oversee Oracle Cloud HCM and the broader HRIS landscape, lead transformation initiatives that modernize HR operations, and partner across HR, IT, Payroll, and the business to ensure scalable, compliant, and future-ready solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Experience managing system integrations (APIs, OIC, HDL)
  • Proven track record leading HR transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of all HR information systems
  • Define HRIS strategy aligned to HR and enterprise objectives
  • Establish data governance, access controls, and compliance standards
  • Maintain system integrity, security, and segregation of duties
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Identify and implement automation and process optimization opportunities
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR systems and workflows
  • Support quarterly Oracle updates and ongoing system evolution
  • Oversee system health, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Lead post-go-live stabilization and ongoing operational excellence
  • Manage ticket lifecycle, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes
  • Differentiate and resolve defects, configuration gaps, and process issues
  • Oversee HR system integrations across enterprise platforms
  • Partner with IT on data architecture, security, and data flow
  • Ensure accurate and seamless data exchange across systems
  • Guide integration troubleshooting and improvements
  • Manage relationships with implementation and support partners
  • Ensure vendor alignment with business needs and delivery standards
  • Build internal capability to reduce reliance on external partners
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and business leaders
  • Build, lead, and develop the HRIS function
  • Provide mentorship, direction, and performance management
  • Establish documentation, training, and knowledge management standards
