About The Position
The Sr. Manager, HR Operations, will be responsible for driving the efficiency and excellence of our HR operations. Lead key HR operational processes including HR data management, with a strong focus on analytics/reporting, compliance, benefits strategy, and execution. Partners with other members of the HR team, employees, and stakeholders to ensure an outstanding employee experience.
Requirements
- Expertise with various US health benefit models including partial and full self-funding
- HRIS systems expertise (ADP currently)
- Global HR operations expertise with exceptional communication, partnering and continuous improvement mindset

- Lead key HR operational processes including HR data management
