The Senior Manager for the HR Functional Solutions leads a team of functional and data analysts to deliver a global HR roadmap aligned to the COEs requirement. This role translates global HR strategy into scalable, compliant processes and system capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery. Will partner closely with the Global Product Owner, HRIS technical teams, regional HR leaders, and external consultants to deliver HR solution, support operations, and drive continuous improvement across the HR tech landscape. This is a remote opportunity in the US not eligible for visa sponsorship. Preference in the East coast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR field or business.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology and data management within a global organization.
  • 8+ years progressive HR experience required with exposure to multiple functional areas (compensation, performance management, employee relations, HR systems, talent acquisition, etc.)
  • Ability to lead, influence, and support teams to structure, manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and processes.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a global team.
  • Expertise in Workday (core HCM, security roles, reporting) and ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-border projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership Lead the functional and data analyst team, setting goals, coaching, and developing capabilities (process design, testing, documentation).
  • Align functional delivery to the global HR roadmap; prioritize work via structured backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Establish and enforce standards global process, documentation, testing, and change control across modules and regions.
  • Own end-to-end functional design: requirements elicitation, fit–gap analysis, business processes, reports.
  • Operations & Governance Manage security hygiene: role-based access, SoD controls, periodic access reviews, audit responses.
  • Participate in vendor management (Workday, SI partners), statements of work, and performance reviews.
  • Continuous Improvement & Value Realization Analyze usage and performance metrics; drive enhancements that reduce cycle-time, improve data quality, and elevate user experience.
  • Facilitate global process councils and change boards; capture regional needs and convert them into well-formed backlog items with acceptance criteria.
  • Champion best practices and innovation (automation, self-service, analytics, AI-driven insights).
