Our goal is to grow as fast as possible while maintaining a high level We are a test and learn team that rewards contrarian marketers. The role: We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Growth Ops & Strategy who will function as a right hand to the Head of Growth—a hybrid operator, strategist, and project leader who can translate ideas into execution, drive operational excellence, and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that fuel sustainable, scalable growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building systems, and brings a “COO mindset” to solving complex growth challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Growth Ops, BizOps, Strategy, Consulting, or Project/Program Management—preferably in a fast-scaling tech or consumer business.
  • Strong analytical skillset, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; thrives in ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with clarity and influence.
  • Comfortable toggling between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
  • Excellent communication skills—concise, structured, and effective with execs.
  • A builder's mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and continually improving processes.
  • Mindset that is successful @ CookUnity Growth: Operates like an owner; consistently proactively sees around corners.
  • Highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and energized by rapid growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Problem Solving Partner closely with the Head of Growth to shape the growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, retention, lifecycle, partnerships, and new channels.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights, evaluate new opportunities, and define the strategic direction for key initiatives.
  • Build growth led business cases, forecast scenarios, and measure impact across all growth levers.
  • Growth Operations & Execution Own operational rigor for the Growth team by building processes, dashboards, and systems that improve velocity, clarity, and accountability with a focus on AI driven solutions.
  • Project manage complex, cross-functional initiatives—ensuring alignment across Product, Data, Brand, Engineering, Culinary, Finance, Creative, and Customer Experience.
  • Define and refine workflows for testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
  • Coordinate go-to-market processes for new launches, campaigns, and product changes.
  • Program Management Serve as the operational spine of the Growth org—keeping priorities tight, optimizing inputs/outputs and stakeholders aligned.
  • Translate high-level strategy into clear goals, milestones, and action plans.
  • Identify bottlenecks, proactively resolve blockers, and improve processes to enable scale.
  • Lead new GTM initiatives such as local marketing expansion and new product line expansion.
  • Performance Tracking & Insights Partner with Analytics to streamline/automate OKR tracking, triggers, build clean dashboards, and track team performance.
  • Monitor trends and funnel dynamics across subscriber acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Propose and help execute optimization initiatives across the entire user lifecycle.
