About The Position

MDI is at an exciting inflection point with strong product-market fit, a clearly defined ICP, and competitive offers ready to test, but no legacy marketing machine in place. As our first growth marketing hire, you’ll execute campaigns and help establish the foundation for scalable demand generation, with mentorship and direction from senior leadership. This is your chance to deliver impact fast, learn and refine, and grow into leadership. If you want a high-ownership role where you’re comfortable being both strategist and executor, want to move fast, create growth initiatives alongside leadership, and see your work directly tied to company growth, this is it.
