ADP is hiring an experienced Senior Manager Growth Marketing, with expertise in B2B customer acquisition, client upsell/cross-sell campaign development, and project management, along with prior experience in client advocacy and event leadership being a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing demand generation campaigns that drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities with our current clients, managing regional events, and supporting the enhancement of our client engagement channels. This person must be a team player who loves collaborating in an organized and strategic manner, while remaining focused on expanding opportunities for new sales. Additionally, the ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and can track a set of goals to measure the effectiveness of programs and campaigns with the ability to articulate the business value of these metrics to all levels of the organization.
