The Sr. Manager - Go to Market & Seller Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing and engagement strategies that transform the end-to-end seller journey on Best Buy's Marketplace. This is a high-impact position for a bold, hands-on product marketer who thrives on building meaningful connections with sellers of all sizes-from small businesses to major tech brands-and is passionate about driving growth and innovation. In this role, you will lead efforts to strengthen the Marketplace brand within the seller community, develop lifecycle communication strategies that foster engagement and retention, and drive awareness and adoption of new features and capabilities. You will also oversee the evolution of our seller content and community hub, ensuring it becomes a trusted resource for education and collaboration. Success in this role demands creative leadership, sharp product marketing instincts, and the ability to align strategic vision with seamless execution. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
