ETS is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards (Compensation) to help reimagine how we recognize and support our global workforce. You'll play a key role in aligning compensation with ETS's evolving culture, values, and mission—advancing the science of measurement to power human progress. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to turn vision into action. You'll partner with leaders across regions to build scalable, equitable, and data-driven compensation programs that elevate employee experience and business performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Total Rewards, with global compensation leadership across multiple regions.
  • Proven success designing job architecture frameworks, grading structures, and pay ranges.
  • Hands-on experience with compensation survey tools (WTW, Mercer, Culpepper, PayFactors).
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; experience with BI tools and HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, UKG or PeopleSoft).
  • Deep knowledge of global pay equity and transparency regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to build ROI-driven business cases.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading change in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator across HR, Finance, Legal, and executive teams.
  • Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing program budgets.
  • Proven ability to champion organizational change and drive stakeholder adoption of new programs.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI-enabled tools for analytics and automation and HRIS systems
  • Strong project management capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • In addition to the US, experience with Indian and European market preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead global compensation planning, including salary reviews, bonus cycles, promotions, and off- cycle adjustments.
  • Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using internal equity and external benchmarks.
  • Co-design and govern global incentive programs (STI/LTI and sales compensation) that reward performance and drive results.
  • Deliver compensation insights and analytics to support budgeting and decision-making.
  • Use data to measure program impact, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Document processes and controls to support governance and operational excellence.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to streamline compensation cycles, market pricing, and reporting.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders on Total Rewards matters.
  • Build strong relationships across regions to ensure alignment and adoption.
  • Support change management and communication for new programs and processes.
