As a Senior Manager, Strategic Pricing & Planning, you will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies designed to enhance revenue growth and profitability. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, support for global pricing frameworks, and ensuring all initiatives are aligned with broader strategic objectives. A strong grasp of market dynamics and proficiency with pricing methods are important to driving growth. In this role, a typical day will include: Develop and execute value‑based pricing strategies for current and future products across SX, VC, and Pharma franchises. Partner with Commercial, HEOR, Market Access, Strategic Insights, Finance, and other stakeholders to shape pricing strategy. Optimize pricing and commercial approaches for established products to drive revenue in targeted segments. Influence pricing direction across regions and product lines to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Lead pricing strategy alignment and approvals through the CLR process and cascade decisions to regional pricing teams. Collaborate with global and regional partners to advance pricing initiatives that strengthen competitiveness and profitability. Apply strategic thinking, industry expertise, and pricing technology/optimization tools to enhance pricing effectiveness. Provide leadership and influence in driving pricing initiatives and represent Pricing Strategy in Market Access and cross‑functional forums .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (High School + 15 years; Associate’s + 11 years; Master’s + 4 years; PhD + 3 years)
  • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • 7 years of relevant experience
