Find your fit - and your future. The Senior Manager, Global Product Business Operations will report directly to the Head of Business Operations within the Global Product Organization. This role will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Product leadership team to support product business operations, including establishing strategic frameworks, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and driving strategic alignment across teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Levi's Global Product organization in partnership with senior leadership. About the Job Help drive strategic, standardized merchandising frameworks in partnership with Merchandising leadership including optimizing assortment architecture, implementing product lifecycle, and refining pricing architectures Coordinate and deliver seasonal product strategy from product concept to on-floor execution by ensuring strategy, insights, and tools are clear across milestones Establish and PMO key Global Product strategic initiatives - translate strategy into roadmaps, align cross-functional workstreams, set KPIs, manage resourcing and risks, and deliver milestones with measurable impact Establish and lead Global Product data analytics approach by building and maintaining dashboards and reporting mechanisms in partnership with Data team. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, full-price sales, margin, inventory, and consumer demand. Ensure data accessibility and integrate insights into GTM to enable informed decision-making. Lead ad-hoc strategic analysis and financial modelling inclusive of internal performance and external marketplace insights to inform key business decisions and strategies Support Head of Business Operations with Chief of Staff responsibilities for the Chief Product Officer including tracking critical day-to-day business actions for Global Product and crafting executives narratives for high stakes presentations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, merchandising, or operations, including experience working in global apparel or consumer goods organization
  • Strong proficiency in creating reporting tools and dashboards
  • Excellent ability to present to stakeholders and guide decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaborative outcomes.
  • Experience aggregating data in Excel and telling the stories behind the data

Responsibilities
