As a Sr. Manager FP&A, Stores Finance - Replenishment and Store Initiatives you will be on the leading edge of Target's strategies and help influence how those initiatives come to life in Target's stores. You will: You will gain direct knowledge of the people, process, and technology required to support $100B+ of annual sales through Target's stores while delivering on the exceptional guest experience that Target is known for. A successful candidate will operate with an enterprise mindset, be a connector that is comfortable working autonomously and cross-functionally, have excellent communication skills, and be naturally curious to uncover areas of opportunity to improve upon process, routines, and unlock efficiency for our stores. Requirements

  • MBA or 4-year college degree with relevant experience
  • 6+ years finance experience and/or business experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze data and effectively story tell
  • Influential business partner, with an ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to work with all levels of management with a high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction, tailoring messages as appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic finance partner to the Replenishment teams, driving financial insight that shapes financial, operational, and guest outcomes
  • Unlock workload efficiencies for Target by influencing the strategic direction and end to end business cases for replenishment initiatives
  • Establish holistic workload routines, linking strategy, guest, team outcomes with financials and bottoms up efficiency tactics to shape Target's future workload model and allocation.
  • Support financial routines including forecast, goal and long-range plan
