About The Position

The Senior Manager, Deposition Products Group (DPG) Finance reports to the Wets Senior Director, Deposition Products Group Finance Controller and provides finance support for the Wets BU. The role serves as the Finance business partner to the Product Line Head, Managing Director of Sabre, and the respective deputy Product Line Heads for Sabre and 3D. It is directly responsible for supporting Wets operations and delivering decision support, analytics, and insights that help meet performance commitments, as well as supporting QxR, AOP, and ESPC planning.
The position works closely with Corporate Accounting, Sales Operations, and Revenue Recognition teams to support accounting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and broader corporate initiatives. Additionally, the role contributes to Corporate FP&A initiatives, including financial systems enhancement projects, and drives improvements in forecasting, reporting, and process simplification.
This role requires broad finance experience, including business analysis, performance metric development, cross‑functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of compliance and internal controls. Strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, high‑performance environment are essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Nice To Haves

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a high‑tech manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with financial planning systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with the Wets BU GM, the Sabre GM, Product and Program Management, and Engineering to develop quarterly financial forecasts that accurately reflect current business conditions.
• Act as the local US point of contact for the Wets GM, VP
• Ensuring proper accounting treatment for financials (Capex, Opex) and supporting key activities such as quarterly financial close and QxR processes.
• Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
