About The Team Our Topline FP&A team is a dynamic and essential partner to our Executive Leaders, driving all aspects of Topline growth (e.g. ARR, ACV/TCV bookings, revenue,billing, gross margin) and strategy. We play a crucial role in providing valuable business insights that guide decision-making. By working cross-functionally, we help shape our financial and operational policies to enhance the efficiency and success of our long-term financial performance. What you do In this role, your key responsibilities include: Topline Modeling & Forecasting: Build & maintain high-fidelity Topline Financial planning models - ARR, Revenue, Gross Margin, Billings, etc. Build revenue and ARR “ beat and raise” model for earnings guidance Drive cadence for Annual Planning, Quarterly Rolling Forecasts (QRF), Long-range Planning (LRP), etc. Lead the monthly outlooks process to understand the rhythm of the business Develop early warning system to assess risks of achieving topline financial targets and provide actionable insights to Finance Leadership for mitigation Model complex "what-if" scenarios for pricing changes, new product introductions, and new GTM initiatives, etc. Data Intelligence Leadership: Collaborate with Data, Product, Pricing, and other Finance teams to develop real-time dashboards on key metrics that capture the latest business fundamentals Monitor Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) for abnormalities. Perform reconciliations to ensure the highest integrity of the reported key metrics Partner with the Data team to identify reporting gaps and implement scalable improvements in our reporting infrastructure Strategic Business Partnering: Be a strategic partner to various internal team (Order Management, Deal Desk, Product Operations, etc.) on Ad-hoc Financial Support Prepare Executive & Board of Directors reporting package, summarizing performance trends People Manager and Coaching: Lead, motivate, and develop team members. Foster a positive team culture, provide coaching for individual growth while achieving organizational objectives.
