As a Senior Manager of Finance supporting Nordstrom's merchandising organization, you will partner directly with business teams to drive customer and financial outcomes. This role is critical to the continued success of Nordstrom's private label business (NPG), initiatives involving brand-owned inventory (e.g., concessions), and merchandising expense management. By providing finance partnership-advising the business with strategic planning, investment decision support, and performance insights-you will play an essential role in driving growth and maximizing profitability. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate financial analyses into clear, actionable insights that inform both strategic and operational decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can influence leaders to deliver results in a fast-moving retail environment. Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while fostering strong partnerships across merchandising and finance. This is a Hybrid Seattle position in downtown Seattle, WA. You will be required to be in the office 4 days per week. We do not offer relocation for this position.
