A role in Food Safety, Quality, & Regulatory (FSQR) means supporting programs and processes that help Target succeed by consistently delivering safe, high quality, and compliant food and beverages. As a Sr. Manager, Food Distribution Center (FDC) Quality Management, you will support Target’s efforts to identify, prioritize and minimize areas of quality and food safety risk as well as proactively educate and equip team members by providing simplified tools, processes, and training. You will also support Target’s Food & Beverage strategy in collaboration with Supply Chain, Field Quality Management, Food Safety, and Internal Audit teams. You will help grow the Food & Beverage business and build winning solutions for Target guests. We will support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development, to help you grow as a strong Sr. Manager, FDC Quality Management. You will have resources available to you as you leverage technology, metrics, reporting and communication to monitor and drive compliance in this critical area.
