About The Position

PM Group's Outsourced Technical Services(OTS) Team is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for a full-time role in Irvine, CA. Outsourced Technical Services (OTS) is an integral part of PM Group’s ability to support clients across the complete project life cycle. Sr. Manager, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) will have direct responsibility for the design, implementation, adoption, and management of a company-wide safety and health program that integrates the use of a best-practice of the EHS system in adherence with local state and federal regulations. Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
  • Proven ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and managing audits

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
  • Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain enterprise EHS programs covering occupational safety, environmental protection, hazardous and medical waste, air and water pollution prevention, fire protection, and building codes
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal‑OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable local regulations
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and manage permits, inspections, and audits
  • Oversee hazardous, biological, chemical, electronic, and universal waste management programs
  • Develop and deliver EHS training, emergency response preparedness, and workforce education
  • Lead accident investigations, risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and corrective actions
  • Manage ISNetworld compliance and implement EHS management software solutions
  • Establish KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives to track EHS performance
  • Maintain Hazard Communication, SDS, restricted substance management, and emergency response programs
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and contingency plans
