THE ROLE: We are looking for a leader to drive our strategy and operational model around Enterprise Server ISV engagements, spanning technical and business engagements. The person in this role will work across business and Engineering functions within AMD, and with ISV partners, to drive roadmap and solution planning, and build joint growth plans. This leader will also build and maintain new business processes and establish an operating model to coordinate AMD ISV engagements, investments and joint marketing plans across market verticals. Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional core team, responsible for managing all AMD Enterprise Server ISV engagements focused on our EPYC Server processor lineup.
  • Establish a set of organizational processes and an operational model to manage a large number of Enterprise ISV's across both engineering and business engagements
  • Drive alignment with AMD Enterprise vertical business leaders, as well as AMD engineering, to define and manage a set of prioritized investments with ISV partners
  • Build a model to drive joint Go-to-Market planning with Top ISV's, creating opportunities for AMD + ISV's to sell joint solutions, and expand market share.
  • Work with AMD business units and marketing to create, maintain and publish AMD's value proposition in industry verticals, highlighting key ISV partnerships.
  • Work with AMD engineering to maintain robust ISV documentation, including product qualification, certifications, and technical enablement.
  • Oversee funding and investments around ISV's, both for engineering and marketing work
  • Work with AMD marketing to develop joint marketing plans between AMD and ISV's, and accelerate market awareness around AMD's ISV partnerships and solutions.
