As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Enablement, you will play a key role in aligning the Talent Acquisition recruiting marketing, policies, processes, programs, systems / tools, training, and reporting / data / analytics under one team that will enable the TA Delivery teams to execute as a best-in-class team enabling Recruiters & Sourcers to deliver best-in-class results. You will create and lead a team responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing recruitment workflows and processes, driving operational excellence, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Additionally, you will help shape the TA strategy through innovative solutions and strong cross-functional partnerships. Reporting to the Global VP of Talent Acquisition, this role will partner across Human Resources (HR), business units, and external providers to ensure excellence in all hiring and sourcing enterprise-wide outcomes and candidate / stakeholder / recruiter experiences.
