As the Sr Manager, Digital Sales, you will lead the day-to-day activities of the digital sales team, ensuring effective delivery of outreach, pipeline management, and revenue targets. You will deliver mentorship, training, and continuous development to Digital Sales Consultants while encouraging consistent sales workflows and data-supported decision-making. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations to improve efficiency, forecast quality, and digital selling strategies.

Requirements

  • Senior-level professional with 7+ years in customer success leadership or educational technology.
  • Proven track record to lead teams, manage sophisticated adoption initiatives, and deliver measurable retention outcomes.
  • Strong skills in planning ahead, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and making decisions based on data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Sales Consultant teams to complete onboarding, adoption, and renewal strategies.
  • Set priorities and drive execution aligned with Milady’s digital-first strategy.
  • Provide guidance and professional development to build consultative success expertise.
  • Monitor adoption health, renewal pipelines, and expansion opportunities across all tiers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operation, and Enablement to ensure seamless execution and data integrity.
  • Drive accountability for Salesforce hygiene and target benchmarks within the team.
  • Find opportunities for process improvement and scalability.
