About The Position

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Senior Manager of Demand Generation to build and scale our pipeline generation engine. This is a high-impact role, you'll shape our demand generation program from the ground up and play a critical part in driving awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across key markets. You'll lead the development of our demand generation framework, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and oversee a Content Manager to ensure our storytelling and execution are tightly aligned to business goals. This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and autonomy while collaborating closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Strategy teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling demand generation programs from the ground up.
  • Experience managing and mentoring direct reports (e.g., content, marketing operations, or campaign specialists).
  • Strong analytical and creative mindset—comfortable with both funnel metrics and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments with a builder's mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own the demand generation strategy end-to-end, driving awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and events.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns tailored to our target ICPs and buyer personas, including users, executives, and decision-makers.
  • Lead and mentor a Content Manager, ensuring content strategy and production directly support demand generation goals.
  • Build and scale ABM programs that deliver personalized, high-impact engagement with target accounts.
  • Create and optimize the content framework aligned to the buyer journey—from ad copy and landing pages to nurture sequences and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Data teams to refine ICPs, improve lead handoff, and enhance meeting-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and personalized campaign flows using marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Implement attribution and reporting frameworks to measure performance, identify what drives qualified opportunities, and optimize ROI.
  • Test, learn, and iterate on channel performance across verticals such as PEOs, business services, fintech, and insurance.
  • Present campaign insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing broader go-to-market strategy.
