Working closely with Visa’s Chief Privacy Officer, the Technology organization, Government Solutions, the wider data community, and the full set of Visa’s global lines of business, the Global Data Office is evolving Visa’s data and AI-related work with momentum and enthusiasm. Visa is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager that will drive product innovation and growth for our Government & Merchant Data Products Portfolio. This role is focused on building data-centric products that deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable business impact for our clients.

Requirements

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
5+ years of product management experience, preferably with data-driven, fintech, or payments products
Technical background (e.g., experience with data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML technologies)
Strong understanding of data product management, including insights generation, recommendations engines, and data visualization
Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, SQL), and AI/ML frameworks
Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products from concept to launch
Experience in Agile environments and tools such as JIRA
Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, development, and commercialization efforts for new and existing Data products.
Lead the full product lifecycle for data products, from concept to launch, with a focus on leveraging AI and advanced analytics to deliver insights and recommendations
Engage clients and partners to capture requirements, validate use cases, and drive adoption
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI teams to design and deliver innovative solutions
Monitor product performance metrics, ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI standards, and drive continuous optimization
Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
Support go-to-market activities, including pricing, positioning, and product messaging for data and AI-powered solutions
