Our Surgery team delivers surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world, helping to effectively treat prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Manager, Customer Offerings role to be based in Santa Clara, CA with consideration for Cincinnati, OH and Raritan, NJ. The role will require the position to be onsite 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week. The Sr Manager, Customer Offerings serves as the primary commercial point of contact for deal offerings including pay-per-use, leasing, and structured financing models. This role partners closely with Sales and Finance to create customer-centric offerings that improve execution and competitiveness, while supporting territory strategy and commercial planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer offerings, capital sales support, commercial finance, or pricing strategy.
  • Strong financial modeling and customer-value analysis capability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage OTTAVA deal offerings, including PPU, leasing, and alternative capital models.
  • Support capital sales planning with territory insights, financial structures, and customer value analysis.
  • Partner with Deal Strategy, Pricing Ops, and Finance to validate feasibility and profitability of offerings.
  • Educate Sales and KAM on offering structures, approval requirements, and customer positioning.
  • Track offering performance and market adoption; recommend innovations to enable growth.
