About The Position

The Senior Manager of Business Operations for the Revolving Credit Program serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence, simplification, and organizational impact. This role leads the development and execution of operating rhythms, strategic planning, and transformation initiatives that support the organization’s operating plan, priorities, and special projects. The role aligns executives and cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven insights that enable effective decision-making and execution. Core responsibilities include progress tracking against goals, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and engagement. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, operational rigor, and the ability to translate complex business and operational dynamics into actionable direction and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • 7–10 years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, program management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing outcomes through data-driven insights and executive-level communication.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading operating rhythms, planning processes, and performance management frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency with presentation and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar), with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking capabilities.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced business experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, drive alignment across competing priorities, and execute with a high degree of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects of diverse scope to optimize operational processes.
  • Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
  • Drive global process improvements within the organization.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Utilize internal and external data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Establish and evolve the overall business operations strategy for the Revolving Credit organization, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • Serve as a central coordination point across the Credit ecosystem, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, PMO, Finance, Legal, Customer Operations, and People teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Lead and mature business operations functions including strategic planning, operating cadence design, contracts, customer operations, and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives through a unified operating model.
  • Develop, manage, and facilitate operating rhythms such as annual and quarterly planning, OKR definition and tracking, executive business reviews, and leadership forums to ensure transparency, accountability, and progress against goals.
  • Drive the development and delivery of executive-level presentations and strategic communications that clearly articulate business objectives, operational performance, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Influence leadership decisions by translating complex operational, financial, and customer data into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations.
  • Provide oversight and support for financial planning activities including operating expense (Opex), budget management, and headcount planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for simplification, quality improvement, and productivity gains; lead analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to drive measurable impact.
  • Design and implement feedback loops that integrate customer insights, operational performance, and leadership priorities, communicated through regular reporting and review cadences.
  • Strengthen team effectiveness, engagement, and culture by supporting organizational design, role clarity, performance management, and leadership alignment.
  • Develop thought leadership and strategic perspectives that help define organizational direction and enable consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders.
