Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Management• Oversee the technical aspects of systems implementations supporting Finance, Accounting and other corporate shared services; Serve as the technical owner of several key corporate systems and services• Manage associated project and vendor budgets• Manage IT, business and external project resources• Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to identify IT and data needs• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance business operationsSystem Oversight• Manage the development and deployment of corporate systems and software applications• Provide a level of hands-on support to technical teams, and own configuration, support and monitoring of services as appropriate• Identify and work with IT compliance and infrastructure teams to eliminate security vulnerabilities to protect organizational data• Ensure system and project implementation meets all IT compliance and audit requirements• Working with the infrastructure team to meet solution-specific system engineering, administration and hosting needs Competencies and skills• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. • Bachelor's degree or related experience with information technology or software product development• 10-15 years of software implementation and technical ownership experience with various corporate ERP systems • Prior experience in Planning & Budgeting applications is a plus• Experience working in a medium to large enterprise setting• Experience with modern systems development methodologies and tools • Ability to work effectively as a partner to business leaders and executives• Detail-oriented, self-directed and possess excellent communication skills.• Leadership and team motivation skills• Ability to work independently in a high stress, multiple task environments• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
