A role in Corporate Development means being a part of a dynamic team that works across the enterprise to deliver Target’s inorganic growth opportunities. You will build a proactive pipeline of acquisition and partnership opportunities and drive the execution of deals. You’ll also support internal partners and build relationships with external partners to expand and enhance Target’s presence. As the Senior Manager, Corporate Development , you will be responsible for evaluating and executing the company’s strategic acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures that support and accelerate Target’s strategy. Specifically, you will perform valuation analyses and build financial models to support business cases in partnership with internal and external partners. You will also support a wide range of initiatives by developing industry and company overviews to identify potential external partners to further engage with. You’ll project manage initiatives that the Corporate Development team is leading and support other projects led by other internal teams.
