The Sr Manager, Contract Operations leads a team of membership analysts. The primary responsibility will be to lead all membership activities for commercial customers for the generic, IV Therapy, and biosimilars businesses. This role will be the primary point of contact with national accounts and field sales to guide eligibility recommendations and membership strategy for Fresenius Kabi customers that deliver maximum return. The Sr Manager leads a team responsible for preparing membership analysis for contract creation and membership maintenance for existing contracts. This position is heavily reliant on interacting with multiple Fresenius Kabi US business functions. The Sr Manager must practice proactive management, drive collaboration, and be a positive team leader. This role must provide ongoing support, training, and development of the team members. This position serves as the internal liaison between finance, customer service, data services, IT, and contract operations. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week. Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 per year Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
