The Sr Manager, Commercial Enablement serves as a strategic leader responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing the U.S. commercial digital ecosystem. This role leads cross functional alignment across Commercial, Marketing, IT, Data, and Global teams to ensure digital capabilities, platforms, and processes are built, integrated, and leveraged to enable commercial growth. This position provides thought leadership for digital platform strategy, establishes governance frameworks, and ensures U.S. commercial needs are represented in enterprise and global forums. The Sr Manager influences decision making across business units and drives adoption of commercial technologies and processes at scale. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week. Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
