Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 4+ years leading multiple engineering teams and/or managers.
  • Proven ability in delivering large-scale distributed systems.
  • Strong technical background in modern cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven ability to influence senior collaborators.
  • Experience managing budgets and workforce planning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own engineering strategy for a portfolio of products aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate company vision into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead and develop Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of large-scale, complex initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and security posture.
  • Provide architectural oversight and influence critical technical decisions.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent.
  • Build an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable engineering culture.
