This Client Insights role supports leading global prestige and mass beauty brands by delivering value‑added insights and thought leadership that shape brand and retailer strategies. The position contributes directly to the Circana client relationship, leveraging POS and consumer data to identify opportunities and connect clients with the right resources. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, collaboration, and client management skills, with advanced analytical expertise and the ability to translate data into compelling, actionable stories. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and syndicated data tools (Circana/IRI/NielsenIQ) is required, with panel data experience a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience leveraging data and analysis to deliver client value.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work across diverse data sets and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident engaging with clients and groups.
  • Relationship-focused with advanced interpersonal skills; passion for Beauty or Fashion industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes including creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly key insights presentations that support client priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, Analytics, Thought Leadership) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in retail, beauty, and wellness to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations through strong executive presence and professional communication.
  • Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms : Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account planning.
  • Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value through.
  • Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
  • Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy
