About The Position

Fluidra is looking for a Sr Manager, Revenue Insights to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE The Sr Manager, Revenue Insights owns how revenue performance is measured, interpreted, and communicated from frontline sales execution to executive and board-level decision-making. This is a commercial intelligence leadership role focused on insight, judgment, and impact. This role exists to accelerate revenue growth and execution quality by translating complex data into clear, actionable decisions across Fluidra’s revenue organization. You will lead a team responsible for trusted reporting, discovery analysis, and executive storytelling while continuously improving automation, consistency, and forward-looking insight across Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or commercial strategy, with strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue dynamics.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including building advanced data models, writing complex DAX, developing scalable Excel-based analysis, and delivering trusted, consistent reporting across Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable, decision-oriented insights, effectively communicating with audiences ranging from frontline field teams to senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities, with experience designing intuitive dashboards and producing executive-ready presentations that clearly convey trends, performance drivers, risks, and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder influence, including experience leading analytics teams, partnering cross-functionally, and serving as an owner of metric integrity, reporting consistency, and performance narratives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end revenue intelligence model, including metric definitions, performance narratives, and reporting standards
  • Serve as the final point of accountability for metric integrity and consistency
  • Ensure trusted views across: Pipeline, bookings, and revenue Funnel performance and conversion Sales onboarding and ramp Loyalty, retention, and repeat purchase Channel and segment performance (Build, Aftermarket, etc.)
  • Own dashboards, automation and standardization across Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Ensure leaders receive a single, coherent performance narrative regardless of format
  • Establish best practices for dashboard design, governance, and usage
  • Balance scalable reporting with flexibility for strategic and time-sensitive analysis
  • Oversee daily and weekly revenue performance reporting and executive readouts
  • Lead discovery and hypothesis-driven analysis to uncover trends, risks, and revenue opportunities
  • Go beyond “what happened” to answer why it happened and what to do next
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations, trade-offs, and actions
  • Prioritize and manage ad hoc analysis requests from commercial and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery under tight timelines
  • Maintain high standards for clarity, relevance, and business impact
  • Deliver insights tailored to the audience: Field sales: simple, actionable signals Managers: drivers, coaching opportunities, execution gaps Executives / Board: trends, risks, implications, and choices
  • Produce executive-ready presentations that connect insights to business impact
  • Support operation cadences, planning cycles, and board-level inputs
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing revenue intelligence team
  • Coach team members on business acumen, analytical depth, and data storytelling
  • Set clear expectations for quality, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
  • Build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
