Position Summary CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Audit to support CMS 1/3 Financial Audits. In this client‑facing project management role, you will coordinate and manage audit activities for health plan clients. You’ll work with CMS auditors, health plans, internal teams, and legal partners to ensure audits are completed smoothly and consistently. Your responsibilities include resolving audit exceptions—especially those related to rebates, DIR, and pharmacy contract testing—and identifying process improvements to prevent future issues. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in audit, project management, or financial management

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) experience
  • CPA, CIA, or MBA preferred
