About The Position

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of multiple teams within the claims department, guiding analysts and vendor staff to meet corporate and client commitments. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years of claims processing experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage teams of Claims Analysts and vendor staff.
  • Ensure achievement of quality, production, and service expectations.
  • Support staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Handle complex claims and customer service inquiries.
  • Oversee the integration of new clients into the unit.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced vendors.
