Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of claims processing experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage teams of Claims Analysts and vendor staff.
- Ensure achievement of quality, production, and service expectations.
- Support staff development and performance improvement initiatives.
- Handle complex claims and customer service inquiries.
- Oversee the integration of new clients into the unit.
