How will you make history here... The Category Strategy Data & Analytics, Senior Manager is responsible for managing the Campbell Snacks syndicated data and capabilities budget. Utilizing the capabilities where we invest, this role owns creating and executing against a learning/development plan that will elevate both the Category Leadership and Customer Sales Lead expertise. You will be responsible for educating members of the sales organization on how to leverage our data and capabilities investments, decision-maker related to new capabilities to invest in and responsible for bringing forward speakers to present relevant thought leadership to the Campbell’s Snacks Sales organization. Monthly focus on providing analytics on business performance leveraged in monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process with leadership. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category Leadership, and Marketing. This role is remote but does require travel (~10-15%) to industry events, visits to Campbell’s WHQ and local offices.
