Job Summary The Sr. Manager of Partnership Strategy supports the Directors and Executive Director across portfolio development, enterprise integration, measurement, and strategic planning. This role is responsible for synthesizing insights, supporting planning cycles, developing strategic recommendations, and driving cross‑functional alignment for key initiatives. The Sr. Manager serves as a strategic operator who can translate insights into direction, manage partner‑related workstreams, and ensure the broader team has the tools and frameworks needed to deliver against organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Support long‑range portfolio development, including audience insights, category analysis, and property evaluation.
• Assist in building annual national partnership strategy, contributing research, POVs, and strategic frameworks.
• Manage cross‑functional integration workflows with Product, GTM, Media, Comms, and NBC teams.
• Lead development of strategic briefs and executive‑ready materials for leadership reviews.
• Support partnership measurement strategy, including impact reporting, KPI development, and partner performance documentation.
• Assist in contract alignment initiatives and partner rights mapping.
• Contribute to event strategy and Partner Summit planning, managing components of agenda, content, and partner coordination.
• Manage ad hoc strategic analyses — category scans, competitor mapping, industry trend reviews.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to Specialists and/or Managers where applicable; elevate risks and opportunities proactively.
• Ensure documentation, workflow standards, and planning tools remain organized and up to date.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
