Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commutable distance to Stamford, CT.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years in data analytics/data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles within CPG or regulated industries.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven experience with syndicated market data, retailer scan/loyalty data, and CPG analytics use cases.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple analytics projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AI/ML, PMP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead design and delivery of advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and optimization.
- Build and maintain automated reporting and data pipelines using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across analytics processes translating raw data into useable data.
- Translate complex analytics into actionable insights for commercial, sales, and operations teams.
- Drive adoption of best practices and innovative methodologies across analytics teams.
